How will I meet up with my driver for airport pick-ups?
We advise our clients to keep their mobile phones on upon landing. Our drivers will contact you through SMS or call to discuss the exact meeting point.
What are your payment terms?
All bookings with our clients must be paid beforehand. Upon confirmation of booking, we will send you an invoice which can be paid securely online through debit or credit card.
What are the terms and conditions when booking?
Your booking appointment is scheduled all according to the information filled up on your form. All changes and cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will depend on the availability of our drivers and vehicles. Charges will also apply.
What if my flight gets delayed?
In the case that your flight gets delayed, you don’t have to worry. Our drivers keep track of all our client’s flights and will adjust accordingly to the arrival time. We advise our clients to maintain communication with the drivers for further changes.
Do you provide child restraints?
If you need child restraints to ensure the safety of your children, you can include a request when you fill out your booking form. Let us know if you want a rear-facing seat or a front-facing one. You can also make use of your child restraints if you already have one available
